SAFELIFY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: 15th December, 2025
By accessing, subscribing to, booking, or making payment for any Safelify services, you (“Client,” “User,” or “Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
Safelify is a travel advisory, safety, concierge, health coordination, emergency response facilitation, and risk-support platform. Safelify does not directly provide medical care, security enforcement, transportation, legal services, or emergency rescue operations. Instead, Safelify coordinates, connects, and facilitates access to independent third-party service providers and vendors.
Safelify services may include, but are not limited to:
Safelify does not guarantee outcomes, safety, medical results, security outcomes, response times or uninterrupted service availability.
3.1 Independent Contractors
All service providers engaged through Safelify, including but not limited to doctors, clinics, pharmacies, drivers, security agents, responders, hotels, airlines, and logistics providers—are independent third parties and not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Safelify.
3.2 No Control or Liability
Safelify:
All engagements with third-party providers are solely between the Client and the provider.
4.1 Medical Disclaimer
Safelify does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions or clinical decision making. Any health-related support is advisory or referral-based only. Medical decisions and outcomes rest entirely with licensed healthcare professionals and the Client.
4.2 Security Disclaimer
Safelify does not provide armed security or law enforcement services and does not guarantee personal safety, crime prevention, or risk elimination.
4.3 Legal Disclaimer
Safelify does not provide legal advice. Any legal referrals are informational only.
The Client understands and agrees that:
The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with travel and use of Safelify services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Safelify, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:
If liability is imposed notwithstanding the above, Safelify’s maximum total liability, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Safelify from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Safelify is not responsible for refunds denied by third-party providers.
The Client agrees to:
Failure to comply may result in service suspension without refund.
Safelify shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

Termination does not entitle the Client to refunds already earned or incurred.
All Safelify content, trademarks, logos, systems, and materials remain the exclusive property of Safelify and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Governing Jurisdiction – e.g., State of Delaware, USA or Nigeria], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Safelify reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
By clicking “I Agree”, making payment, or using Safelify services, the Client confirms that they:
Safelify services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safelify makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Safelify does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific situation or destination.
Safelify is not an emergency service provider, emergency responder, ambulance service, rescue operator, or public safety authority.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
Delays may occur due to location, infrastructure, government restrictions, provider availability, or force majeure events.
By using Safelify services, the Client consents to the collection, processing, storage, and sharing of personal, travel, and health-related information solely for the purpose of service coordination and delivery.
The Client authorizes Safelify to share relevant information with third-party service providers, emergency contacts, insurers, and partners as necessary to facilitate requested services.
Safelify does not sell personal data. Data handling practices may be further described in a separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By using Safelify services, the Client represents and warrants that they:
If services are requested on behalf of another individual, the Client confirms they have obtained all required consent and authority.
Safelify strongly recommends that Clients obtain appropriate travel, medical, evacuation, and personal insurance.
Safelify is not responsible or liable for losses, damages, medical expenses, evacuation costs, or other expenses arising from the Client’s failure to maintain adequate insurance coverage.
21.1 Informal Resolution
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice.
21.2 Arbitration
Arbitration:
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
The Client agrees that any claim or dispute shall be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or fiduciary relationship between Safelify and the Client or any third-party provider.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The Client may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent. Safelify may assign these Terms without restriction.
Failure by Safelify to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that provision or any other provision.
